Our website PRINCE2now.co.uk offers places on the same high quality training courses as DatrixTraining.com. However, as the PRINCE2now.co.uk website encourages customers to book online, we are able to make savings and in turn, we pass these savings on to you.
What's included in a PRINCE2now.co.uk course?
The price of our 5 day PRINCE2 courses includes both the Practitioner & Foundation exam(s), pre course reading, course manuals and the "Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2" official manual. The price also includes lunches, teas and coffees. Our PRINCE2 courses have no more than 14 delegates for Foundation and 12 for Practitioner.
Unless we have been requested to provide a like-for-like quotation, your booking form price will include items such as instruction cost, exams, manuals, text books, lunches and refreshments (when at our venues). If your course is to take place at your premises, we may add trainer expenses onto the price of our course. Please ask for clarification as this is not always the case.
How do I pay for my training course?
If you are purchasing your course online via our website then you will need to make payment at time of booking with a credit card via our secure payment portal. You will automatically receive an immediate booking receipt.
PRINCE2now.co.uk is able to offer discounted rates for training as we employ fewer sales advisers. If you know what you want and you're looking for the best available price, then PRINCE2now.co.uk is for you.

Our website displays live pricing and availability information about our courses. The availability of courses is updated daily but pricing is live and dependent upon course demand. The price may go up or down without notice.

When am I committed to buying a training course
You are committed to buying your course once you complete the purchase using your credit card***. To complete the transaction, you will need to agree to our terms of business. When your booking is made with us, the course will be taken off sale, trainers and resources will be allocated. Where necessary we will make hotel and transport arrangements for your trainer(s).
However, our Terms of Business allow you to cancel*, reschedule* or amend* your booking with us. Please check our Terms of Business for details.
What happens if I need to change, cancel or make amendments to my course after I have booked it?
To make changes to your booking, please contact our Customer Service Department on 01772 641777 or by email service@datrixtraining.com who will be happy to assist with your change. Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm. Our Terms of Business will apply to any changes made.
When are my Joining Instructions and course documentation delivered?
Your Joining instructions will be sent to the email address supplied to us on the booking form when the booking is processed through our internal course management system. You courseware and the "Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2" official manual will be given to you on the day of the course by your instructor.
Your Joining Instructions contain details about the date and times of your course and the location of your course. If there any errors with your Joining Instructions, please contact Customer Services at the earliest opportunity.

How do I book a private course for my organisation?
To book a private event either contact us through our website by finding the course you require and selecting the "Enquire" button. Alternatively email our sales advisers contact@prince2now.co.uk or call us on 020 7709 3027 to discuss your private course.
I have booked my course and have a special request, who do I contact?
We will always do our best to accommodate your special requests. For further information please contact our Customer Service department on 01772 641777 or email them: service@datrixtraining.com .
When will I be notified about my exam pass?
Where you have taken a Datrix Training examination we will attempt to contact you by telephone as soon as we have the examination results. If we cannot reach you, we will leave a message asking you to contact us. We cannot leave your result with a friend or colleague.
Usually we receive the exam results approximately 4 weeks after the examination; but often it can be sooner. On occasion it can take longer.
Do all courses include an examination?
Our PRINCE2 courses include exams. Wednesday is Foundation exam day; Friday is the Practitioner Exam day. If you do not want to book the examination(s), you will need to contact us as the prices on this website INCLUDE the price of the exams.
What are your examination pass rates?
When you choose an examination provider, it's understandable that you need to be confident the provider can help you to pass you examination. Datrix Training's pass rates change for different subjects; but we have always been consistently above the national average in all subjects for which we deliver exams.
Please ask us for up to date information on our current pass rates.
It is wise to be wary of training companies who claim to always have excellent pass rates without substantiating their claims. Useful information to ask about exam pass rate claims would be "How many people did you train for this pass rate?", "Over what period were these pass rates compiled?", "Does this rate include all your approved trainers' results?"
Governing bodies rarely, if ever, publish examination result compilations by training provider. Datrix Training is regulated by appropriate examination governing bodies. We need to deliver consistent quality training and accompanying examination results to comply with the requirements of our accreditations.
Can I enjoy better discounts than are shown on your website?
Our website prince2now.co.uk carries live pricing for public schedule courses with live pricing date or depending availability. A way to make further savings on your training is to purchase a private event from us; this way it is possible to achieve a better price per delegate rate.
